LK303 On Line Leakmetersystem is based on the current power system to furtherimprove production safety requirements, for the staff to providethe physical protection of health and safety which in the roominstalled SF6 distribution equipment, and the design, developmentof intelligent online detection system.

System is mainly detected inambient air, the SF6 gas’ content and oxygen content, when the SF6gas content exceed standard  or the lack of oxygen in theenvironment,the system can real-time alarm, and automatically opento the ventilation fan and have the temperature and humiditytesting, the work of the state of voice prompts, Far EasTone alarm,historical data query and many other rich features.

System uses the latest DNIRinfrared sensor technology to real-time measurement of theconcentration of SF6. Can be achieved not only the purpose ofprotection of personal safety, but also to ensure the normaloperation of equipment; high stability of oxygen sensors foron-site staff to provide more reliable protection layer.

The system can be widely used ina variety of voltage levels of SF6 switch rooms, switchgear rooms(GIS Room), SF6 main transformer room.

Networksystem:

In order to fully and accuratelymonitor the situation at the scene, the project-site monitoring inaccordance with the scope, equipment, such as intensity of theactual situation, using the exhaust method, the various samplingpoints of the gas pumped into the trachea with focus on analysis ofair chamber and at the same time analysis of a sample point ofoxygen and SF6 gases.

For a 110KV change GIS rooms,the use of 6-channel detection of SF6 gas content and 6-channeldetection of oxygen content, respectively, to monitor the switch3.

System can be online displayedon the sampling point switch of the indoor SF6 and O2concentration, when the switch indoor concentration of SF6 and O2over the system alarm alarm threshold. (SF6 alarm threshold to1000ppm, the value can also be carried out in accordance withCouncil requirements change, LK303 warning system detection limitis 200ppm, concrete construction can be adjusted according to userrequirements. O2 alarm threshold is 19.6%.)
