Description ofplatinum cured siliconerubber
Platinum cure silicone rubber is akind of translucent liquid, generally named two-components siliconerubber with mixing in 1:1 .It is mainly suitable for tire moldsmaking.

Step One: Take 100gof part A and 100g of part B and mix in1:1 and mix the two parts evenly.
Step Two:vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takesless than 10 minutes.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumpingshould be less than 3-5 minutes, otherwise, once the siliconerubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, itwill not be operated.
Step Three:Pouring the mixture into the framewith original mold slowly.
