Huarui Environment-Protection Inkjet CTP System takes the mode of inkjet printing, outputs images which will be printed to the special printing plate, after the processes of exposure and development, to get the printed plate which can go to press directly.
Compared with the traditional platemaking technics, there is no need of filmsetting and many other processes, so it greatly reduces the costs of platemaking and extremely improves the efficiency and accuracy. There is also no solvent disposal during the process of platemaking, so it is a real environment-protection system.
Platemaking process:
File which will be printed, computer makeup, RIP, printing plate output, exposure, development, finished printing plate
This system contains two aspects of hardware and software. Hardware includes computer, platemaker, exposing machine, developing machine, special ink, special inkjet CTP plate and platemaker assorted consumables. Software is the platemaking output control software. It still needs software running environment (windows2000windowsXP), makeup software(Founder Wenhe 3.0 or above), RIP(Founder Century RIP 3.0 or above). (Notes: Operating system, makeup software, and RIP are customer own provided softwares, they are not included in this system, but we can help customer to form a complete set. )
Special Inkjet Printing Ink for Platemaking:
The special inkjet printing ink for platemaking is researched and developed by our own company and has acquired the national patent. It is a proprietary product which possesses the independent intellectual property. This ink conforms to the preparation standard of ink for inkjet printing, it will not block up the jet head, so that ensure the normal working of platemaking machine. The ink bears good lipophilicity, it is able to hold printing ink. When printed to the assorted printing plate, the grains are very small, the gradations are very exquisite, and the resolution is high. Curing the printing plate with this kind of ink three and a half minutes under the temperature of 180° C, it will bear good abrasive resistance, so the run length of such kind of printing plate will achieve 60, 000 impressions. The solvent of this special ink is very little, it doesn't pollute the environment, is really a product of environment-protection.
Using condition of this ink: Using two months at the temperature of 5-25° C.
Preservation condition of this ink: Preserving 5 months under the airtight condition with a constant temperature of 5° C.
Special CTP Printing Plate:
This special CTP printing plate is researched and developed by our own company and has acquired the national patent. It is a proprietary product which possesses the independent intellectual property. Working together with the special platemaking ink and software, it will bear good printing adaptability, also have exquisite gradation and high resolution, so that the run length could achieve 60, 000 impressions.
The thickness standards of the plate are 0.15mm and 0.27mm, specifications are also customized.
Storage condition of the plate: Flatwise, the temperature is 5-30° C, the humidity is 10%-70%, and the keeping time is 1 year.
Using attention: When touching the plate, the operator should wear spun yarn gloves, don't let the plate damped, don't make the plate surface watered, also don't talk at the plate. The plate should be laid flat, and don't let it out of shape.
Special Software for Output:
This software is based on Wasatch rip, the plate size and output position can be set, so the finished plate could be used on many kinds of printing conditions and printing equipments, so that raised the output quality and efficiency. With different output parameters, this software could output not only substrate-inkjet CTP plate, but also PS plate-inkjet CTP plate, and inkjet film and paper as well.
