COMPOSITION
Mixture of zinc soaps of unsaturated fatty acids

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
White or beige pastilles, insoluble in water, soluble in alcoholand acetone, easily soluble in benzene, chloroform, aether, carbontetrachloride and toluene.

MAJOR USAGES
It can accelerate compounding consistency for the recipe withhigh-ratio filler, prevent poor dispersion of the filler andimprove plasticity and process ability of rubber.

It can decrease mixing time and save energy consumption.

Excellent fluidity and mold unloading. Decreasing the rejectionratio in molding.

The existing parts of mixture of zinc saponifier can increase heattransaction and decrease the creation of random vulcanization.

Recommend dosage: 3.0-5.0 PHR

STORAGE
Sealed storing: Keep in cool, dry and well-ventilated places.
At least 18 months in normal storage conditions.
