Structural FeaturesThe iron core ofthe reactor is made from high quality imported silicon steel sheetand the limb is divided into
various even smallsections via various air gaps. The air gaps are isolated by epoxyplates and bonded by high
temperature and strongbonding material to ensure the air gaps do not change in thereactor operation process.
The high quality end faceglue of silicon steel sheet is applied in the iron core end face tobond silicon steel sheets
firmly. The gluegreatly reduces the noise produced in the operation process and hasgood corrosion protection ability.
With lapped structure, thecoil has the main insulation made of epoxy resin impregnated withfiber glass, which
is painted with hightemperature resistant insulating varnish under vacuum conditionafter being heated and
solidified. The coil notonly has high insulation property, but also has high mechanicalstrength thus can withstand
big current shock anddoes not crack under thermal shock conditions.
High linearity, highharmonic proof degree, low loss and strong anti-vibrationability.

The temperatureresistant class reaches H class (180???). When the reactor operatesregularly, the iron core
temperature shall notexceed 85K and the coil temperature shall not exceed95K.
The consumption is lowerthan that of liquid immersed reactor.
