The fluidized bed gasification plant can gasify the MSW, the gasification of the combustible gas and ash are processed by the high temperature plasma torch, the dioxins will be decomposed, and the creosote will be removed, following the combustible gas pass by instantaneous quench cooling, it circumvent the dioxin re-polymerization temperature interval, and lime spray remove sulfur, then the combustible gas pass by purifying and adsorption unit, ultimately the pure combustible gas come in the generation sets. The dioxin levels of combustible gas is <0.02ng/Nm3.
The generating capacity has greatly improved, the mainly plant of generating capacity is 10MW, the daily processing is about 600 tons, at the same time in the whole process, there is no emissions, dioxin levels in the combustible gas is below the European standard.
