The solar snake repeller unit is effective at repelling snakes, by emitting a sonic pulse which snakes feel as a vibration transmitted through the ground. Snakes then perceive a danger zone causing them to evacuate the area.

The pulse is transmitted at approx 40-50 second intervals and covers an area of approx 700sq metres.

The repeller transmits its signal in all directions approx 15 m so they can placed approx 30 m apart in high risk areas, it is always recommended to use two or more units to get the best results. Place a unit close to retaining walls, rock gardens, old sheds etc. To drive snakes out from their hiding places and away.

The Sentinel Repeller works with a solar charged battery. The solar module charges the battery during the day, and runs the unit, while night-time operation is enabled by the battery. Units will normally work perfectly even in partial shade.
