Menstrual Cup comes in two sizes. Be careful to choose a suitablesize according to the following information:
1. S(mall) - suitable for women who have not given birth to a childor women up to the age of 25 years
2. L(arge) - suitable for women who have given birth to a child orwho are over the age of 25 years
Difference to other menstrual cups
LadyCup has a different design. One difference is that there are nomarks, inscriptions or symbols on its inner and outer surfaces.Therefore maintenance is very easy. The shape and surface of thebottom part and of the stem is adapted for easier removal/insertionthanks to its raised bumps. The thickness of the silicone materialused is adapted to provide maximum flexibility, thus ensuring thebest possible feeling during use. Low pressure openings aredesigned so as to prevent possible running through.

The 19/13mm stem, can be shortened to the length you find mostsuitable by simply using a sharp knife or scissors. The stem can beremoved entirely as well, however. Please be careful not to cutinto the bottom of the Menstrual Cup!

How to Use
Before handling the Lady Cup, make sure that your hands arethoroughly clean.
Sterilize the Cup before the first Insertion.
Recommend to insert the cup any of following positions; Sitting,squatting, kneeling or standing-try one of these positions andchoose what is most suitable for you.
To facilitate the insertion, you can moisten the Cup with water orwater based lubrication gel.
Grip the Cup with your fingers and press as the picture.
Afterward fold the Cup lengthwise in half using fingers of theother hand.
Hold the Cup using fingers of one hand at the lowest positionpossible and insert the Cup in the vagina obliquely, toward theback. The proper position of the Cup is lower than in case oftampons. Upon insertion in the vagina, release the fingers and letthe Cup unfold fully and adhere to the wall.
