PSA-H2 by Ammonia cracking set is mainly made up of H2 generator by Ammonia cracking, cracking gas purifying set, H2 pressurization set, PSA-H2 set and H2 purifying set. The whole set takes liquid ammonia as raw material, which would be sent to the Ammonia cracking furnace after vaporization and cracked into H2 and N2 under very high temp...The cracking gas is sent to gas purifying device for vapor and residual ammonia removing after cooling. Then the purified gas would be sent to PSA-H2 for N2, vapor and CO2 removing after condensation by the compressor, and finally the gas has to be sent to the H2 purifying set for O2 removing and vapor further removing. The outlet high-purity H2 will be sent out to the users.
