WSN-â????¡ consists of beta-sulphonated naphthalene formaldehydecondensate, It is not the type of set retarding type admixture butis a master batch that provides high water reducing rate, goodcompactedness, low W/C ratio and largely increasing the early andlater strength. WSN-I is suitable for the high performance concretethat requires high flowability, high strength, high impermeabilityand suitable for the ready mixed concrete. WSN-â????¡is primarilyused as an ingredient to composite multifunctionsuperplasticizers.

Technical Properties and Concreteperformance:
1. Appearance and Form: dark brown liquid, It is nontoxic,nonflammable and odorless.
2. Solid content: 40%±1%.
3. Density: 1.230±0.02
4. Na2SO4 : ≤5%
5. It excels by high dispersive effect, the water reducing rate canachieve 18%-28%, it can largely increase the fluidity of cementpaste at low W/C ratio.
6. At the same W/C ratio, it can largely increase the concreteflowability and improve the workability, and enhance the bond ofthe concrete on the reinforcing steel bars.
7. It can save cement by 15% in the mix at same slump value andstrength.
8. It has obvious performance strength enhancing, at the samecement content and same slump value, if added with WSN-I theconcrete strength increases by 50% in 1 day, 40% in 3 days, 30% in7 days, 25% in 28 days and continuously increase during the lateperiod.
9. Good adaptability to wide range of cements, it is not setretarding and air-entraining type but largely improve the physicalproperties and elastic modulus.
10. It excels perfect when used for the C80 concrete mix at slumpvalue 50-70mm, and the C70 concrete at slump value 100 -180mm.

Applications and Uses:
1. Adaptable to all kinds of Portland cements, and suitable fornatural curing and steam curing concrete and prestressedconcrete.
2. Suitable for high flowability, high strength, highimpermeability, high performance concrete and ready mixedconcrete.
3. Recommended dosage range 1.0%-3.0% of the cementitious materialby weight, can be added together with the gauging water or 30-60seconds after the wet mix.

Package and Storage:
Packed in plastic drum, IBC tank or bulk delivery. Stored in cool,dry and shaded place.
