Model 631T pressure sensor incorporates MEMS technology and customApplication Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) technology in thedesign. It applied the silicon sense chip and is specificallydesigned for low pressure in the tough automotive application.
Model 631T is designed to perform in the underhood harshenvironment such as temperature extremes, vibration, thermal andmechanical shock, and corrosive chemical.
