The oxygen free copper rod upwardcontinuous casting rolling machine is capable of producingdirectly from cathode to bright and long oxygen-free copperrod , copper tube, flat copper bar and other special shaped coppermaterial . As compared with the black copper rod produced bytraditional mangler from copper ingot, the rod produced by this newup-ward continuous casting technology has its advantage of betterquality, low production cost, low investment and no pollution inproduction. The composition of thesystem 1,Inductionfurnace The induction furnace is consist of furnace body, furnace frame andinductor. The outside of the furnace body is steel structure andthe inside is consist of fire-clay brick and quartz sand. Thefunction of the furnace frame is support-ing the whole furnace. Thefurnace is fixed on the base by the foot screw. The inductor ismade up of coil, water jacket, iron core and copper-ring. There arecoils with water-jacket at the high voltage side. The voltage isadjustable step by step from 90V to 420V.There are short-circuitcopper rings at the low-voltage side. After set up an electriccircuit, it can emerge big current flow in the copper ring with theelectromagnetic induction. The big current flow can melt the copperring and electrolytic copper putted into the furnace. The waterjacket and coil is cooled by the water. The cooling water iscycling and supplied by the cooling watersystem. 2.Continuouscasting machine Thecontinuous casting machine is the main part of the system. It isconsist of drawing mechanism, following mechanism of liquid leveland freezer. The drawing mechanism is made up ofA.C. servo motor, two groups of drawing rollers and so on..It canproduce 0-1000 times interval rotation per minute and draw up thecopper rod continuous by the drawing rollers. One of the drawing mechanisms can drive 5 drawing rollers and draw up 5 copperrods.The following mechanism of liquid level guarantee that thedeep of the freezer inserting into the copper liquid is relativestable.The freezer can cool the copper liquid into copper rod byheat exchange. Every freezer can be changed and controlledalone. 3, frame of guide pulley Theframe of guide pulley is installed above the continuous castingmachine. It is consist of platform, support, vertical guide pulleyand cylinder. It can lead the copper rod to the every double-headwind machine without disturbance. 4,Limited device The caging device are two devicesinstalled between the frame of guide pulley and double-head windmachine. It is fitted with 5 groups of 24V up and down spacingwhich can control the speed of double-head wind machine by theelectrical signal produced by the copper rod touching the up ordown spacing. 5,Double-head windmachine The double-head wind machine ismade up of the drawing rollers, revolving chassis and spoolingtake-up unit. Every double-head wind machine can take-up two copperrods. 6,Cooling-watersystem
