CONDITION    RY7680 should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.

                Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.

                The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.

                Application temperature:  190-200???

                (The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)

                Coating weight:  40-100g/???           (Depending on edges nature and substrate)

                Coating speed:   10-25m/min

                The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15???)

                and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
