Dry mortar production line

Dry mortar is also called dry premix mortar, its semi-finished product that made in the factory after exact dosing and mixing uniformly. It''s powdered

 or granular mixtures of aggregate, inorganic cementitious materials and functional additives. 

The materials are composed of sand, fly ash, cement, light aggregate and all kinds of 

additives. Transportation in bulk or packaged are available, it can be used directly after mixing

 pro rata.

This line is use for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts: material store

 silo, sand dryer, spiral conveyor, weighing system, hoisting machine, pre-mixing silo, mixer, end product silo, packing machine, dust collector, air-phase equilibrium system, control system. The productivity is 5-100T/h. According to the structure type, it can be classified into tower type, series type and 

workshop type. It is up to the customer workshop situation. The needed area is 500~5000m2.
