Hot/ Cold Pack

Usage:

1. Cold compress:Put the cold/hot pack into freezer to be refrigerated for an hourbefore taking out for use.

2. Hot compress: Put the cold/hot packinto microwave oven or cover completely with waterat   

medium powersetting for 40 seconds interval each time until reaching therequired temperature or soak into hot water approx. 80-90 degreeCelsius for 3-5 minutes.
