3) Crushing resistance, andhigh recovery rate, thedischarge of wastes is correspondinglyreduced. 

4) Small thermal expansion rate, goodthermalstability, and won't happen expansion to be causeddefects in second phase changement. It improved the precisionof cast much. 

5) In lost foam casting, the dosage of the resin can reduce1/3. 

 

2. Ceramic Sand --VS-- ChromiteSand

1) The packing density is less than the chromite sand, reducethe cost of if use high quality sand. 

2) Less binder used as the spherical granule shape of ceramicsand. 

3) Crushing resistance is good, improve the recoveryrate, better regeneration performance of ceramicsand. 

4) The chromium in chromite sand will cause heavy metalpollution. But there is no environment pollution for ceramic sand.So it is conducive to environmental protection.
