Working principle

First the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher,then thecrushed materials are transferred to a hopper by the elevator ,feduniformly.quantltatively and continously by the vibration feeder tothe grinding chamber of the main frame for grinding.the grindedparticles are brought up by the air current of the blower into theclassifier for classification.the particles with the requiredfineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into acollector for separation and collection,the finished particles aredischarged from a pipe outlet,Because of some moisture contained inthe materials to be grinded,the heat resulting from grinding leadsto the vaporized air which changes the airflow volume,Moreover,theoutside air inhaled from the narrow gaps of the piping connectionscan increase the volume of air current.Therefor,it is necessary toadjust redundant air pipe between the blower and the main unit forkeeping the balance of the air current.Then the redundant air isquided into a cloth bag of a dust cleaner to collect the fine powerin the air,Finally, the redundant air is discharged afterpurfication.

In the micro-power grinding room,the rollers hanged on theroller lifting frame,which is fixed with the main sheft and thescraper knife.the pressure spring press on the outer of thecantilever by tension rod,with the corss arm sheft as thesupporting point.let roller tightly press on the inner surface ofthe ring.when the motor moved with equipment,the scraper knife onthe scraper frame moved with the roller at the same time.as theroller moved on the inner sphere surface and moved itself.analyzerlet the analyzer runner rotated by motor equipments,and the powerfineness depend on the speed adjustment of the analyzer.
