Portable Expander is composed of expanding main body, second flaring, hydraulic unit, electric control box and portal frame and balancer. 4 pieces of high-pressure flexible tubes and 2 pieces of control-cables make a complete system.

1. Expanding main body
This part is composed of body, cycloid oil motor, driving gear, roller gear, guide clamp device, and expanding bar assembly.

2. Flaring device
The cylinder drive the flaring mandrel, make the flaring bullet expand. It is used to make the end of copper tube widen before expanding and it is convenient for guide clamp seize the copper tube.

3. Hydraulic unit
The part is composed of oil tank, oil pump, solenoid change valve, oil pump motor, overflow valve and other hydraulic accessories.

4. Eye to sky frame and balancer
Expanding main body hang on the balancer, and the balancer can slide on the eye to sky frame, it is convenient for operating manually.

5. Electric equipment
This part is composed of electric control box, operation button and all kinds of relays.
