Usage process:
The raw material to be treated should be distributed on theconveyer belt through
such mechanism as a star distributor, swing belt, crusher orgranulator. The
conveyer passes through the channel consisting of one or severalheating units.
Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulationsystems. Each channel
has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passesthrough it,
hot air will pass through the raw material from top to bottom orbottom to top;
depending on operational choice. In this way the raw material canbe dried evenly.

Applications:
This belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment widely used in thechemical,
foodstuff, pharmaceutical, construction materials, electronics, andrelated
industries. Especially suitable for drying raw materials that havegood breathability
and have strip or granule shapes, this machine can also dry suchpaste raw materials
as filter cake after shaping through a granulator or extruder.

Suitability:
Dehydrating vegetables, granule feed, monosodium glutamate, checkextraction,
organic pigments, synthetic rubber, propylene fibers, medicine,pharmaceutical
materials, small wooden products, plastic products, aging orsolidifying electronic
elements.
