The wholemilk production line includes the following units:

1. Milkreception or powder & water mixing unit.
This part isto prepare and mix the raw material. If the fresh milk is in urgentneed or not enough for production, powder milk can be used toreplace it.
2. Mixing andsugar melting unit.
Mixing machineand heat system are needed to melt the sugar and supply hot water,and then before entering the mixing tank (blending tank) forfurther mixing, the syrup should be cooled.
3. Pasteurizerand homogenizer.
This part isto kill the bacteria, thus ensuring the safety ofproducts.
Thehomogenizer is used to make the products more homogeneous which canhelp to improve the quality and prolong the shelf life ofproducts.
The degasseris used to remove the air that is mixed in the product. Accordingto different products types and filling types, the pasteurizer isstrictly chosen to suit the plant.
4. Storage oryogurt producing unit.
5. Filling orpacking unit.
We can providemany kinds of filling types, such as plastic bag, PET bottle, HDPEbottle, gable top carton, brick shaped carton, glass bottle, gablebottle, and plastic cups and so on. You can choose what youwant.
6. CIPcleaning system.
7. Aftertreatment equipments such as conveyer, package or palletetc.
8. Someassistant equipments like steam boiler, air compressor and coldwater unit etc.
9. Materialsfor the product pipes installation, power pipes installationand
Alsoelectrical installation.
The capacityof our plant can be 2T-500T/D.
Products typescan be of 1 or 2 or more kinds.
