Usage:
The plant develops CGL1 type low voltage distribution switchboard after introducing the advanced designing and manufacturing technology of SIKUS type switchboard made by SIMENS Co.
Germany and taking real domestic experience into consideration. It can be used as MCC and main distribution device in electric network at different levels where the rated voltage is A. C. 400V, frequency 50Hz and rated operation current up to 3600A.

Sturcture Feature:
1. The switchboard is of fixed separation type structure; Its frame and assembly parts inside are made of zinc-plated steel plate or that coated with zinc plus aluminum. So high mechanical strength is maintained.
2. The circuit breakers installed in each functional compartment are of draw-out or insertion type and the switchboard is of modular type. So that it is greatly convenient to realize fast, simple assembly and maintenance.
3. The main busbar is of three phases and four lines system. The PE (protective wire) busbar is layed at the bottom of switchboard. That can compose different distribution system.
4. The standard mounting parts and busbar supports guarantee fast and easy assembly and reliable performance.
