OVERVIEW
H End Suction Pump chemical pump is single-stage end-suction(axialsuction) cantilever type centrifugal pump, which is used totransport corrosive liquid with viscosity similar to waterandwithout solid particles. The marked and rated performances anddimensions adopt ISO2858 international standard.
The temperature of transported media of IH model chemical pump is-20105. Through adopting cooling method, it can transport mediawith higher temperature if necessary, and is applied to transportvarious corrosive media or media inwhich pollution is forbiddensimilar to water in such industriesas chemical industry, petroleum,metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmacy andsynthetic fiber etc.

H End Suction Pump STRUCTURES DEscriptION
1. IH model pumps are the series of products designed according toISO international standards in all industries in China. It ismainly composed of pump body, impellers, seal rings, impeller nuts,pump cover, seal parts, intermediate support, spindle, suspendedparts and so on.

2. Structural features: The pump cover is fixed on the intermediatesupport, and the pump cover is clamped in the middle by couplingbetween pumpbodyand intermediate support. On the pump body, wateris input axially and output radially. Support feet can be fixed onthe base directly. The suspended parts are fixed onto theintermediate support through the rabbet, and are supported onto thebase by suspended frame. To make it convenient to disassemble, theprolonged coupling is designed, so that it is unnecessary todisassemble the coupled input & output pipes during check andmaintenance. To pump body and motor, only by disassembling theintermediate coupler of the prolonged coupling, users are able toscrew out rotor part for check and maintenance, which is aconventional structural pattern in the world.

3. Rotation direction: The pump is driven by motor directly througha prolonged coupling, seen from the side of the motor, it rotatesclockwise.

4. Spindle seal patterns: Spindle seal patterns of pump are of twotypes such as stuffing seal and mechanical seal. The stuffing sealis that on stuffing case in pump cover, with software stuffing forsealing, input water of a certain pressure into the stuffing case,for cooling, lubrication and cleaning on seal; Mechanical seal isof two types such as single-surface mechanical seal anddouble-surface mechanical seal, input water of a certain pressureinto the seal chamber, for washing and cooling on the abrasedsurfaces. Seal patterns of pump are of stuffing seal or mechanicalseal, according to users' requirements, in a same time, sealchambersizes and shaft gland patterns of other structures according to ISO3069 as required, are allowed, such asmechanical seals ofcorrugated pipes, assistant impeller seals and so on.
