PLC (Programmable Logic Control) controls machine operating actions like sealing, blowing, stretching and blow mold adjustment. It can restore up to 12 sets of operating data.
Pneumatic System:
Blowing and exhausting valves are Germany brand "Burkert". Also oil filter and water filter and air pressure controller are equipped with Germany "FESTO".
Clamping Unit:
Double toggle system with stable movement.
Centralized lubrication system.
Daylight Adjustment Unit:
Air accumulator is installed on the below of machine to compensate operating air pressure when scarce.
Control of Reheating Unit:
Japan brand "Mitsubishi" general purpose inverter is installed to control heating zones temperature respectively.
Preform Reheating Unit:
18 PCS of infrared lamps are installed and its direction can be adjustable to fit various preform shapes and size. With the aluminum disc rotation and revolution, the preform achieve even reheating effect.
Cooling System of Reheating Unit:
Exhausting fan and motor are installed to keep temperature against too high inside. The chimney is on the top of unit. Cooling water and small fan is installed to prevent the preform neck from distortion caused by high temperature.
