Introduction ofproducts

 

     We produce LED street light, LEDindustrial light, LED tunnel light and LED garden light. All thelights are modular design. They are developed by Fudan University,the well-known university in the field of LED lighting applicationin China. By the collaboration with the university, we got 8patents for the modular lights.

     All modules in lights areIP67, and can be replaced by customer if field with simple tools ifit fails.

 

     Currently, commercial LED street lightsare mostly integrally-designed, which means all componentsincluding LEDs, optical parts, PCBs and so on, are sealedcompletely in an outer shell to keep them waterproof and dustproof.The short of the design is obviously, how to repair the LED streetlight if some of components fail in its lifetime? Should we movethe LED street light to the factory and repair it with big trouble?What will we do after its lifetime? How to upgrade the LED streetlight when LED’s efficacy increasing? The shorts make LED streetlight not competitive to HPS street light.

 

      Great different from LED streetlight above, the modular LED street light is made of LED lightengines, an driver module and outer fixture. The LED light enginehas built-in optics designed for desired light distribution andbuilt-in heat sink, all the LED light engines and driver module areIP67 designed.  Therefore, the fixture serves only for holdingthe modules, installing and decoration. This unique construct makesthe LED street light flexible, easy maintenance infields and upgradable in future.
