S Micro Powder Mill features

The main motor drives main axle and each layer of dial to rotatethrough reducer, and the rotating dial makes dozens of rollers rolland rotate in the ring by pintles. Big materials are reduced tosmaller particles by crusher. Then they are sent to stock bin by anelevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends the materialsevenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the function ofeccentricity, the materials fall into the grinding ring to bepressed, crushed and milled into small pieces by rollers. Afterbeing ground in the first layer, the materials fall into the secondand the third layer for milling. High-pressure centrifugal blowersucks the outside air into the machine and brings the thirdlayer-milled coarse power into the classifier. The rotating turbinein the classifier makes the coarse materials fall back forregrinding. The fine particles come into the cyclone collector withthe air flow and are discharged by the discharge valve on thebottom of the collector. After being purified, the air flow withlittle dust is discharged through blower and muffler.
