 AutomaticInlaying Machine is used to inlay small specimens,specimens inirregular shapes,or specimens which are not easy to take up-thepreceding process before grinding and polishing metallurgical orrock specimens.The inlaying operation serves to facilitate thegrinding and polishing operations of the specimens and the routineobservation of the composition of the material under themetallurgical microscope. Themachine is heated,and intensified with pressure automatically.Afterthe formation of the specimen under pressure,it stops the operationand discharges the pressure also in an automatical way.With anotherpress of the knob,the machine automatically turns up thespecimen,which may be taken away.Note:It is only for the hot solidmaterials(such as urea-formaldehyde molding powder and bakelitepowder)with the temperature automatically regulated andcontrolled.
