This machine is required to make and cut biscuits in tothe desired shape from dough sheet supplied by the sheeters / gaugerollers. The dough sheet is made out of fermented dough or softsweet dough.

Twin cutting roll system. One for printing and other forcutting for uninterrupted and for top quality production withoption to use single or both cutting rolls. In double roll cuttingmachine the upper surface of the biscuit remains more smooth andleveled if compared with single cutting roller unit. Also, theproduction remains uninterrupted because of no diechoking.
