Hot/Cold Pack :

Purpose:

Cold Compress: To control and alleviate the bruising and paincaused by strain, bruise and burn, and to remove the pain anddiscomfort induced by fever, headache, toothache, mosquito biterapidly. May also can be used for beauty routine on eyes or face.Keep fresh for vegetables, fruits, beer, beverage, food, etc in theshort time when no cold source is available.

Hot Compress: Good solution to relieve muscle and rheumaticpains, joint pain, muscle stiffness and spasms. Use it to helpmanage the pain of muscular aches, arthritis, sports injuries, andswellings. These microwavable hot cold packs can also be used forheadaches, neck and back pain, heat stress, menstrual discomfort,relaxation, comfort and warmth.

Usage:

Cold compress: Store the hot cold pack into freezer so that thepack is ready to use in case of in jury. Approximately 1 hour isrequired to freeze gel ideal to use for reducing swelling,toothache, temporary relief of headache & reducing fevers.

Hot compress:

MICROWAVE: Place the hot cold pack into microwave forapproximately 30 seconds (If the hot cold pack is at roomtemperature) or 1 minute (If the hot cold pack is frozen) on mediumpower. After this time, check the right temperature has beenreached. If not, further exposure should be in 10 secondsbursts.

Terms are based on a 600w microwave. Adjust heating timeaccordingly to suit the power of your microwave.

HOT WATER: Bring water to boil, remove from heat. And immersethe hot cold pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes,check every 1 minute to see if the right temperature has beenreached ideal to use for. Temporary relief of muscle aches andpains, back pain, sinusitis and menstrual cramps.

Precaution:

The hot cold pack can only be used for external physiotherapy.If eye or skin contact the content, it must be washed by cleanwater thoroughly. If anybody eats the content by mistake, he mustdrink enough water or milk, try his best to vomit it and turn todoctor when necessary. In order to avoid a too low temperature, itwill be better to enwrap the instant ice pack with a tower orcotton cloth. Those who have something wrong with theircirculation, they should refer to doctor in advance.

Characteristic:

This hot cold pack can either be used for cold compress and forhot compress. The pack remains soft even in -18??? condition, andcan be repeatedly used alternately for hot and for cold.
