Instruction of this machine: This machine is full-closed lapping avoiding the dust tucking into insulating paper. It adopts the machinery constant expansion force and adopts the apron wheel to draw and has no slide or stall. The whole machine adopts the synchronization serrate belt to drive so that the lay of lapping multi-ply paper does not drift. It also adopts the paper-breaking automatic stop device. The lay of lapping adopts the electric stepless speed transmission to control for assuring the overlap degree.
The take-up adopts moment motor, polished rod pay off, line coil electric fluctuating, decreasing the labor intensity.

Two sets of pay off stand in vertical and horizontal direction respectively and match with the rolling alignment and half-hard line device.
