The solar cooker doesn't work using flames or any other kind of fuel: It is simply the effectively mirrored sun light that determines the cooking of food.
Thanks to the peculiar parabolic shape of the mirror, the sunshine is focused onto the limited area where the food is located. This concentrated irradiation makes the temperature on the skewer, which is the focus of the arc, rise up to 220° -230° .

As a consequence of its way of working, we suggest cutting the food in little regular pieces so as to guarantee a fast and homogenous cooking.
