It can be used to crush material, whosecompression strength is not more than 320Mpa.PE Series is used inprimary crushing, while PEX series is used in secondary crushingand fine crushing. 2.Working principle of Jaw crusherThemotor transmits power through belt,drives the moving jaw to doperiodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.Theangle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases whenmoving jaw moves.So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.Thestuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggleplate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,themoving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,thefinal crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.Jaw crusheris composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondaryone, belt conveyor, etc. Every crushing station is an independentworking unit, they can respectively assume their differentresponsibility, and the belt conveyer is responsible for materialtransmitting and piling up between each crushingstation. 3.Application of Jaw crusherThis series of jawcrusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of finalproduct is even.
