Europe Transformers Prefabricated Substationation

1. The frame of the substation is made with v-iron and angel iron and of relative high mechanical strength. Its surface is made of aluminum alloy plate etc and is smooth with elegant appearance and good rust preventing.

2. There are independent small cubicles in the substation and they can be removed for easy access of maintenance.

3. The top is of two layers to prevent heat radiation and serves for both natural and forced ventilation which have met the national energy saving requirement.

4. The high voltage part uses load switch and circuit breaker barrow can also be used for dual safety.

5. The transformer cubicle has a safety net door. The door and the main switch of high voltage part serve dual safety purpose of preventing mistakenly stepping into charge clearance. It also unique on and off device to make the operation flexible and convenient.

6. Lighting devices are installed in the cubicles of transformer, high voltage and low voltage part and controlled by the doors.

7. The exterior door is designed with unique structures to prevent water and instead of using the traditional rubber band sealing which can rust the substation due to the accumulating rain water.
