Pepson's polyurethane, PU, properties of high wear and loadcarrying is the ideal material for making scrapers. Pepsonpolyurethane has excellent resistance to oils, fuels and many otherchemicals. Excellent tensile strength makes Pepson polyurethanemore resistant to tears and cuts than rubber and silicone. Pepsonpolyurethane has great versatility at low temperatures with typicalservice temperatures ranging from 40ºC to 80ºC.

Pepson's manufacturing process allows scrapers to be made withholes, slots, chamfers and cutouts.

Pepson's comprehensive shot blasting and bonding facility allowsthe incorporation of steel fixing plates and tungsten wear bladesinto the polyurethane, PU, scraper.

Pepson also offer the customer the ability to incorporate partnumbers and logos into the polyurethane scraper product. This canbe helpful when the scraper is fitted onto OEM machinery for futureafter market sales and the marketing of genuine OEM spares.

Pepson offer a very wide range of colours of polyurethane. Standardcolours are black, white, red, blue, orange green and yellow,hardness ranging from 35 Shore A to 80 Shore D.
