Test before shippment
1, Each Generator Set shall be put into commission more than 4hours totally, tested on idle load, fully load and 10%overload.
2, Noise level shall be tested.
3, All of the meters on the control panel shall be tested.
4, The appearance of the Set and the label, nameplate shall betested.

Generator Set with Silent Canopy:

The silent generator set produced by Hengtong is scientificallydesigned, in which such advanced technologies in the field ofacoustics and airflow science are adopted, thus casuing its noisereduced to 68-75dB (An average value measured at 7 meters away fromthe set), It is applicable to the places, where there are highrequirments for the noise, such as hospital, residential quartersand office buildings.

Control System:

Basic control system, the basic type control system is providedwith a current meter, a volmeter, a frequency meter, an oilpressure guage, a water thermometer and indicator lights on thecontrol cabinet and 4 additional protection fuctions are to beprovided as required by customers.

Optional AST & ATS Control System:

AST (Automatic Start Type Control System), Optional Automatic StartType System is provided with a 101A control module or a DACT704module with LCD display. When there is an interruption in thecommercial power supply (or there is a start signal in othergenerator sets), this generator set will, subject to time delayacknowledgement (0-30 S adjustable), be automatically started (1-8times adjustable). In addition, it is provided with a basicprotection function and digital or meter indication of voltage,current, frequency and rotation speed parameters.

ATS (Automatic Transfer System), The optional system is providedwith a fully automatic transfer switch, a control electricapparatus and an indicator light on the control panel and iscoordinated with an automatic type contral cabinet, thus servingthe fuction of automatic changeover between the power supplied bythe grid and the power generated by the genset.
