24kV 630A Euro-type Front Tee Connector
I. Application and Function
Separable (Front) Tee Connector (bolted type) is a fully shielded, molded rubber connector. It is designed to connect polymeric insulated cable to MV equipments, such as Transformers, Switchgears, Junction Enclosure etc. Mated with the Conductive Connecting Rod, it can be connected with the Coupling Connector to form multi branches. Also connects cable to cable, using the appropriate mating part. Sections from 35 up to 500 mm2
II. Characteristics:
I. The thick conductive EPDM jacket provides a total safe to touch screen which ensures safety for personnel.
Ii Each Tee Connector is tested for AC withstand and partial discharge prior to leaving the factory.
Iii. Synchronized manufacturing technique and EPDM prescription with America
III. Material: The main material of the Cable Connectors is EPDM rubber which is imported from America. Characteristics of EPDM: Withstand the bad weather, anti-aging, perfect electric insulativity and anti chemical corrosion.
IV. Size: Sections from 35 up to 500 mm2
V. Applied Standard: The Tee Connector BQT meets the requirements of CENELEC EN 50180 and 50181, DIN47637 and IEC60502.
VI. Rigorous, systematic Quality Control
I. Design and production quality system has been certified as being in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008
Ii. Each process has the quality testing work, the following process to check the before process work and record it which make the possibility to track the full manufacture.
Iii. Each product should pass the strictly test of insulating resistance, AC withstand voltage, partial discharge and other electrical characteristic tests before leaving the factory.
Iv. After milled, we will apply the vulka-meter to test the rubber's properties, such as vulcanizing property, hardness etc. Different products should use rubber with different hardness.
V. We have to test all the inner properties of the rubber each month and when we purchase from new suppliers. The properties include, ultimate tensile strengthElongation at Breaktearing strength etc.
Vi. Before applying the insulating rubber, the samples will be done withstand resistance test to ensure the correct of the applying rubber.
VII. Experience
13 years experience of and more than 200, 000 PCS have been used locally and abroad. The products occupied 32 provincial administrative areas and provided products for numbers of transnational corporations locally. What's more, they had been exported to Korea, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Brazil etc.
