1. Summary
PMRB-8H full Automatic Rotary Blow Molding Machine with stainless made by our factory uses the most advanced international bottling technology. We successfully developed our own two-stage high-speed rotary blower which is combined with main blowing machine, oven, feeding automatic transmission device, the electrical control systems, pneumatic control system. Our machine is highly automatic with stable and reliable performance. This machine is highly efficient with low production cost consumption.

PMRB-8H full Automatic Rotary blower reaches the international level in the same production line. It is widely used in mineral water bottles, pure water bottles, carbonated drinks bottles, IV (intra venous injection) bottles, food containers PET bottles, and other productions.

2. Blow Production Technology Introduction
A)Preform feed control
Preforms are fed into the hopper with automatic transmission device, passing through belt conveyors and rolling drum devices, then are put into oven.
B) Preforms heating control
After passing the orientation plate, preforms are conveyed to each preforms seats. Then the preforms in the seats are conveyed to oven for heating.
Preforms are heated through the infrared heating lamps in eight stages, Each Preform can self rotate in the heating process, infrared lamps in the eight stages can thermostat independently.
With the screw cooling duct and heating furnace ventilation duct in the oven, excessive heating will be avoided
C) Blowing Process Control
Preforms which are ready after heating in the oven will be put on the performs conveyor orbit. Then they will be sent to the blowing mold by robot finger. After being sealed by sealing block, stretched by stretching block, performs will be blown three times by two level air pressure (pre-blowing air, high pressure air and a third time blowing air), then the bottles are formed and shaped. According to technical requirements, blowing molds will be heated by 135 degree~170 degree oil and base mold with 70 degree~90 degree water. The entire production blowing process are monitored by computer during the entire process.
D) Bottle detection and output
After the blowing process, the robot finger will remove the bottles out of the mold, the qualified bottle will be sent to bottle conveyors directly which can be directly connected to the filling line, or to the bottles warehouse.
