Introduction:
The laser scanner measures and aligns all kinds of full yard chassis and empty yard chassis in multiple truck lanes, display screen provides truck driver with information so that realizes advanced alignment of container and spreader, or container and chassis. The system is mounted on the crane, which can improve container handling efficiency, provide a scientific and intelligent solution for automatic container handling. At present, the technique has been applied for the national patent, and successfully installed and used in Shanghai Port and other ports at home, which efficiently improves safety of container handling.

Function:
1. Scans and measures chassis in six truck lanes under the crane, also in single truck lane and two neighboring truck lanes.
2. Automatic recognition of full yard chassis and empty yard chassis, also accurate alignment of container loading and unloading chassis.
3. Automatic multi-point alignment of 40. Ft, 45. Ft, 20. Ft, 20. Ft and front and rear container handling.
4. Sets the active truck lanes with wireless remote control or wired control.
5. Displays with LED, forward and backward in green, stop in red, lane number in yellow, distance of deviation also in red with centimeter accuracy, the brightness of display meets all weather conditions.
6. Measures the distance from container and bridge crane girder, and screen displays the data to guide the truck driver to proper position.
7. Scans and measures two parallel containers, The system especially applies to multi-spreaders crane handling.

Feature:
1. Improves 5% to 10% handling speed, increases 3 to 4 containers per hour.
