Coating machine is a new kind of extruding equipment designed and created by our company according to the technology from Europe and America. Thus, this extrusion press has some of features:

1) PLC man-machine interface centralized control assembly and design integrating machinery with electricity and gas.
2) Using high precision imported T-Die head.
3) Introducing high speed and efficiency compounding screw (American technology)
4) Adopting static and dynamic of compounding equipment (Italian technology)
5) Applying high and new technology of ABA distributor (German technology)

As a result, it can make two extruders to produce three-layer compound membrane.
It can produce two different layers of extruding membrane. In another words, producing AB, BA extruding membrane synchronously.

6) Improving the performance of compound material, e. G. Block function, adhesion function.
7) Saving cost, using cheap PE instead of expensive EAA, which imported from The USA. Using domestic PP replace overseas PP.
