This machine tool is primarily used to finish and polish the surface of stainless steel, aluminum and other metal plate. It can produce intermittent straight filar streaks(No. 4 or snowflake, short streaks) of different depth or thickness by using different types of abraive belts and choosing appropriate technical parameters, and make the surface bright and beautiful.
This machine tool is equipped with two abrasive belts. One process can only polish the upper side of the metal plate. It is required to turn over the workpiece to polish the other side.

This is a dry working machine with wide abrasive belt and dust extraction apparatus.

The feeding speed can be adjusted by a transducer. Users can adjust speed variably according to different workpiece or work situation to achieve the best processing quality and production effciency.
Button the lifting motor, it can process workpieces of different thickness with the numerical value being viewed directly on the operator control panel. Easy to operate and it is safe and reliable. The numberial unit is 0.01mm.
