This production line is designed for extrusion of Wood-plastic compsoite profiles. These profiles are widely used in the building industry as home and office decorations, window or door frame, rails, outdoor floor boards, clapboards, windowsills, ceilings, chair back boards, transportation pallets, railway crosstie, vessel bay, furniture, office equipment etc.

WPC products character:

Dampproof, anti-corrusion, rot resistant, smooth surface, water proof, age resistant, elegant and beautiful appearance, not slit, it has appearance of logs, can be cut, sticked, fixed by nails, can be processed, the cost is very low. Also it can be recycled so that it is environment friendly.

With special designed screw, barrel, mould and production process, equipped with YF series downstream equipment, this line can produce PE /PP/ PVC and wood-plastic composite profiles. This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. WPC profiles is produced by mixing the plastic, wood powder, foam agent and other additives, after high temperature and high pressure extrusion, the products can be used for pallets, packing plates, windows and door frames, decoration panels etc.
