Function and characteristics:

Synthetic leather lines are basically high-density needling lines used to heavily consolidate nonwoven substrates for synthetic leather applications.

Multiple needling zones are used working in opposite directions alternatively.

By this means, materials are prepared which are suitable for chemical and other treatments for creating materials suitable for footwear, luggage, and such as garments, etc.
