The annually output is calculated according to 300 working days a year, 16hours (two shifts) every day.
If 180/ PC, The daily output of the machine is 192 PCS, The machine can laminate 57600 PCS solar panel, The theoretical capacity can achieve10.36MW.
If 280/PC, the theoretical capacity can achieve 12.096 MW.


3. Main feature and advantage
3.1. High quality vacuum pump is adopted, and equiped with air filter device. Reduce the maintenance time for vacuum system;
 3.2. Temperature exceeding control system, voice alarm system and LED alarm display system are all measures for protect the staff and machine.
3.3. Adopt advanced device such as Siemens S7-300PLC, Siemens RACK industrial control computer and frequency inverter, compatible with automatization and informazation of PV enterprise.

3.4. Schneider low voltage element,
KEYENCE PV sensor and SMC vacuum system can ensure the solar laminator's reliable operation.
3.5. Use flexible clamping fixture to replace the rubber shee, the screw isn't need to be demounted or infixed.
3.6. Upper and lower Teflon sheet convey and clean system, the collecting bucket for waste materials is set. It is labour saving and efficiency.
