To meet regional network construction, my company independently design and develop YB series prefabricated substation. This product is a kind of complete power distribution equipment, consisting of Medium voltage switchgear, transformer and L. V power distribution devices assembled according to certain wiring schemes.
It applies to 12KV, 50Hz rated frequency three-phase AC system and capacity below 2500kKA areas such as residential areas, commercial hotels, large size building site, high buildings, industrial & mining establishments and temporary workplace. It suits in looped-network power supply, and radiate type terminal power supply.
It has good performance with compact structure, complete set, sate and reliable operation, convenient maintenance and beautiful design. Besides, it's small in size and occupations, wide in selection, short time in spot installation and adjustment. It also can move along with load centre.

Design features
The cabinet shell is designed according to foreign advanced technology and actual situation, with features of fastness, ventilation and heat insulation, dust-free, prevent small animals, moisture proof, beautiful design, convenient to maintain. Shell material has a range of choices: Aluminum sheet, steel sheet, composite board, stainless steel sheet, nonmetal material (glass, fiber, cement).
H. V side mainly uses load switch, while vacuum circuit breaker is also available with complete misoperation function. It also can equip with XGN20-12L SF6 looped-network cabinet and looped-network switch device such as HXGNI5A, HXGNI7. Transformer can be oil immersed, full enclosed and dry-typed. Substation is with perfect protection performance and convenient operation. H&L V metering is available, it can also equip with automatic reactive power compensation devices.
Cabinet top cover is double-layer structure, between layers are full of foam plastics with good hear insulation function. H&L V compartment has independent top cove. Transformer compartment has anti-condensation device, automatic temperature monitoring device, heating and cooling devices.
Cabinet uses natural ventilation, can also install compulsory ventilation equipment. In shutter place which is opposite to door and out side panel, there is dust free device.
