As a detector, it has high requirements on dimensions. This is a detector, its slots width mustn't be more than 0.8mm, there are more 80 slots for 1 parts. Thus it has requirements on dimensions not only for finished parts, but also for mold processing. To guarantee the long time products, all those slots are formed by inserts. In another word, it enhanced the difficulty of mold a lot.

We could design and manufacture mold all kinds of plastic parts according to customers' sample or drawing. The biggest size our own machine could processing is 1600*1500mm.

Before manufacturing, as a professional and responsible parter of customer, we would use CAD/CAE/CAM those advanced software system to analyze and simulate the moulding procedure and check whether the design of the product itself and our own mold idea is suitalbe for molding production and finished parts.
