Introduction Designed for making lager batch of chemical and compound (5 liters) via blending or media milling in single container under vacuum. It is fully programmable in speed, time, and rotating direction and excellent for preparing LiCoO3, LiFePO4, Phosphors and various of ceramic slurries. Without gas bubble and produce more dispersion and uniformity products.

1. Advanced T type sealing to keep vacuum pressure up to 12 hours.
2. High speed vacuum pump is included for immediate operation.
3. Container is opened or closed by compressing gas (compressing air pump is not included).
4. 5 liter stainless steel container with double layer water cooling jacket.
5. Multi-layer blending blade has variable speed from 0-2800 RPM.
6. A rotating blade close to container wall to keep container constantly cleaning during mixing.
7. Programmable controller to set time, speed, rotation direction according your application.
8. Mixer shaft is lifted by compressed air (>50 PSI, > 1.5Galon air compressor is required, but not included )
