Application

Shuttle type Rotomouldingmachines are specially designed to hold heavy moulds as well as multiple mouldswith various capacities. Provision for such heavy mould carrier plates andarms are provided both side support for sturdy comfortable operation instead ofcantilever type station arms, which is a special feature for the shuttle typemachines.

FEATURES

We offer shuttle typerotomoulding machines with heavy duty arms and mould supporting at both ends,rather than one side cantilever type stations. Oven chambers are provided withburner and blower for fast heating of moulds in large volume chambers

1)      Straight arm capable of holding up to 12 nos. of moulds with three numbers offour moulds carriers

2)      On floor level portable type high efficient axial flow cooling fans for fastcooling

3)      Provision for second /third charging man hole on top of the oven.

4)      Oven controls are equipped with necessary interlocking and safety devices

5)      Micro processor based machine control panel with digital display

6)      Both major and minor axis rotations are controlled by a/c inverter drive Motors

7)      Mould positioning and indexing facility for second charging

8)      Machines available from 1,000ltrs to 20,000ltrs capacity.
