Briefly Introduction of Fangding    Laminating Glass Machine

It can be used to produce Architectural laminated glass, bullet-proof laminated glass, tempered laminated glass, bending laminated glass,solar PV panel/led laminated glass,art laminated glass sandwiched with true silk, flower, cloth, pattern, photo and so on,etc. It can process PDLC/EVA/New PVB/TPU laminated glass.What's more, TPU is the best interlayer film for architectural laminated glass and bullet proof laminated glass. It can stand 160kgs/sqm. 

Performance of Fangding   Laminating Glass Machine 

1.PLC system. The equipment is controlled by PLC system.The temperature and time can be adjusted randomly according to glass thickness.Digital control makes sure over 99% production yield. All the program could be completed  automatically.

2.Vacuum system, which includes two parts-slicon bag and vacuum pump. Digital control system keeps it work visible and smooth. We adopt imported silicon bag which could bear high temperature to 180°C. It could be used for 4 years in normal conditions. The Vacuum pump is famous brand. It can work continuously which guarantee the yield rate up at least 99% and highly improve the efficiency. 

3.Heating system. Our patented heating system makes sure heating evenly. The turbo blower keeps the hot air circulated stably and continuously through the furnace. Energy saving can reach 50%.

4.Heat-keeping system. The insulation layer is designed more than 10cm thick and equipment body is made without any gap which not only keeps products high quality but also saves energy. 

5.High efficency. Our laminated machine could complete 1 furnace 1-2 hours, and processing glass area could be 26-99 sqm/furnace.

6.Labor saving. Fangding laminated glass furnace adopts full automatic doors and PLC control system. It only need 2-3 workers to operate the furnace.

7.High quality spare parts. All of the spare parts are imported from abroad famous brand. Such as electric appliance adopts Delixi etc.
