In order to strengthen repair quality of bogie key components, wefound bogie repair base that is a special workshop to repair bogiecomponents. The workshop area is 1440 with two repairing linesseparately for big parts including frame, bolster, split, etc. andsmall parts including brake lever, hanger, journal box, etc.. Andit is deployed painting line for big parts and soaked-paint linefor small parts. The repairing line for big parts is deployed 7sets of special facilities and frocks including frame set in-offmachine, frame overturn machine, tri-dimension measurer, etc.. Therepairing line for small parts is deployed 8 pcs of specialfacilities and frocks including spring defectoscope, fluorescentmagnetic particle defectoscope for hangers, ultrasonicdefectoscope, set-in pressure machine, etc.. In the course ofrepairing bogie, the flawless defectoscope check range is expandedto ensure the key parts quality. The two paint lines ensure therepaired parts surpace paint quality and anti-corrosionperformance, improve work efficiency, and promote field managementlevel.bogie repair
