Before mould making: our designers will discuss with you about the match of product design and mould structure design. And we will adopt the suitable mould material according to the product quantity and material.

Being mould making: The whole procedure is machined according to the parts drawings from the design department. Each part drawing is attached a piece of operation card made by the molding engineer. The operation card includes the following information: machining task, maching sequence, expected finishing date, practical finishing date, and quality detection result.

After mould making, we usually inspect the tested sample part according to the product drawing, communicate with the customer, and make some modification if needed untill they are satisfied.

Parts molded: We always manufacture the molding parts according to the sample parts approved by the customer.
