The robust, over-dimensioned mecano-welded frame structure integrates special chambers for extraction of the fumes. The selective opening of these chambers, pneumatically controlled by the position of the gantry, guarantees very effective fume extraction.

To ensure optimum cutting accuracy and speed, the gantry of the rests on over-sized linear guides and is driven on both sides by brushless AC Servo motors and rack-and-pinion systems (X-axes of the machine).

Two over-sized linear guides are mounted on the gantry itself for accurate Y-movement of the cutting head rest. The Y-axis is also controlled by a brushless AC Servo motor with rack-and-pinion system.

The integrated Z-axis controls the height of the cutting head by means of a DC motor with spindle.
